The Fine Print
We are a membership-based medical practice with a six or twelve-month minimum membership, which can begin after completion of the Health Assessment visit. Cost does not include labs, supplements, or any additional recommended tests. Must be seen in person to establish care, open to residents of NY, PA, and CT. We do not accept insurance.

Fee: $3300, if paid in full, or twelve monthly payments of $300.
